Aglio e Olio with Bacon

   Slice the garlic and green chilli, and slice the bacon into pieces.

   Boil water in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt and spaghetti. Cook for 8 minutes, then drain but reserve the pasta water.

   Pour generous olive oil into a pan and cook the sliced garlic over low heat until golden brown.

   Once the sliced garlic is golden, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and stir-fry together.

   Add the bacon and green chilli, and stir-fry until cooked through.
