A quick and easy noodle dish coated in fragrant garlic sauce with sweet and savory flavors. Perfect topped with a fried egg and served alongside steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

NoodlesSpaghetti, ramen, linguine, or similar pasta noodles work well~8 ozest.
Garlic~4 clovesest.
Fish sauce~2 tbspest.
Light soy sauce~3 tbspest.
Oyster sauceMaggi brand~2 tbspest.
Sugar~1 tbspest.
Watersmall amount
Chili flakesOptional, for added spicea pinch
Parmesan cheese~3 tbspest.
Fried eggFor topping~1est.

Cook the noodles according to package directions until tender.

Heat a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant and aromatic.

Combine fish sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to make the seasoning sauce. Add a pinch of chili flakes if desired for heat.

Pour the seasoning sauce into the pan with the garlic and add a small amount of water.

Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss well to coat evenly. If needed, add pasta water one tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss to combine.

Transfer to a serving plate, top with a fried egg, and serve with steamed vegetables.
