Ingredients

Brown sugar1 tbsp
Butter~2 tbspest.
Sliced bread~2-4est.
Sliced cheddar cheese2 slices
Cinnamon powderOptional~¼ tspest.

Steps

Mix softened butter with brown sugar until well combined.

Spread the brown sugar butter mixture on both sides of the bread slices and toast over low heat until golden brown.

Place cheese slices on the toasted bread, top with another slice of toast, and bake until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden brown.
