   Cut the 6 pav buns into medium-sized pieces.

   Heat a wide pan with 1 tbsp of oil and 4 small cubes of butter until the butter melts.

   Add finely chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, and onion to the pan. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent, without browning.

   Add finely chopped capsicum and stir to combine.

   Add chopped deseeded tomato and mix gently over low heat.

   Add finely grated carrot, keep the heat low, and mix quickly.

   Add all the spice powders in order: 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp garam masala powder. Mix quickly and adjust seasoning to taste.

   Add the pav bun pieces and mix thoroughly so that all pieces are evenly coated with the masala mixture.

   Add 1 cup of shredded cheese, keep the heat on low, cover the pan, and wait for the cheese to melt.

    Once the cheese has melted completely, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
