Heat oil over high heat. Add the finely chopped chicken and brown it until lightly browned. Season with a pinch of salt and white pepper powder.
2
Add the chopped cabbage and diced carrot. Mix everything together and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables become tender.
3
Season with light soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine.
4
Finish by drizzling in sesame oil. The filling is now ready.
5
Allow the filling to cool completely before wrapping.
6
Take one egg roll wrapper with a corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling near that corner. Roll it tightly, fold in the sides, dab with water, and continue rolling until sealed.
7
Place the wrapped egg rolls in an air fryer and spray with oil. Air fry at 350°F for about 12 minutes total. Flip halfway through at 6 minutes, and flip once more for the final 2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
