A simple and delicious Korean-style sushi that combines a soft, fluffy egg roll with vinegared rice wrapped in roasted laver. The egg roll is carefully layered by repeatedly pouring and rolling the egg mixture over low heat, then sliced and combined with rice and seaweed.

Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar into the warm cooked rice, stir well to combine, and let cool.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add sugar, salt, and milk, stir well, then strain through a sieve.

Pour cooking oil into a pan and spread it evenly with a kitchen towel on low heat.

Pour about two ladles of egg mixture into the pan. When the eggs are halfway cooked, begin rolling from one end to the other, then gently push it to the side of the pan.

Repeat the process of pouring more egg mixture and rolling it up until all egg is used and a thick roll forms. Maintain low heat throughout to prevent browning.

After the egg roll cools slightly, slice it into appropriate-sized pieces.

Shape the seasoned rice into small balls, place a slice of egg roll on top, and wrap everything with roasted laver.
