Ingredients

bread~1est.
smoked provola cheese~2-3 slicesest.
artichokescleaned~200 gest.
olive oil~3 tbspest.
garlic clove1

Cut the bread in half and place in the oven to soften slightly.

Layer the smoked provola cheese.

Prepare the artichokes: drain well and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil in a pan, add a garlic clove and turn on the heat.

Cut the artichokes into smaller pieces and add to the pan.

Add salt and season with black pepper to taste.

Prepare the green sauce by blending parsley, anchovy, lemon juice and olive oil together until smooth.

Spread the green sauce on the bottom of the bread.

Add the Prosciutto di Parma.

Top with the sautéed artichokes and close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
