1
Combine evaporated milk, full cream milk, whipping cream, and condensed milk in a large container. Add granulated sugar, vanilla essence, and salt, stirring thoroughly until well combined.
2
Divide the base mixture evenly into three portions. The first portion is for the Oreo flavor.
3
For Oreo flavor: Place Oreo or Cream O biscuits in a plastic bag and crush coarsely using a rolling pin or mortar. Add some crushed biscuits to the ice cream plastic mold.
4
For strawberry flavor: Chop fresh strawberries coarsely and place in the ice cream plastic mold. Add pink food coloring or strawberry flavor paste to taste.
5
For Milo flavor: Mix Milo powder and cocoa powder with a small amount of base mixture to dissolve, then microwave briefly to warm. Pour into the ice cream plastic mold.
6
Pour the base mixture into each plastic mold, filling to about three-quarters full, leaving space for tying.
7
Twist the opening of the plastic bag and tie it securely. If your hands are slippery, use the back of a spoon or a small knife to help pull the knot tight.
8
Arrange all tied ice cream molds flat in a container and freeze overnight in the freezer.
