Homemade Pasta Primavera that tastes restaurant quality

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta until nearly done, with about 1 minute remaining. Drain and set aside to finish cooking in the sauce.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the peeled and cut carrots, sautéing them with the garlic until they begin to soften.

Cut the asparagus into three pieces each and add to the pan, sautéing with the garlic.

Add the fresh peas and toss them together with the other vegetables.

Cut the sweet and hot pepper mix into 4–5 pieces each and add to the pan, tossing with the oil and vegetables.

Add freshly washed and hand-cut tomato, allowing it to release its juices into the pan.

Add the cut zucchini and toss everything together.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice to brighten the flavors.

Add 1/2 cup of chicken stock and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add the broccoli and toss it with the other vegetables.

Pour in cream and stir until the sauce becomes creamy and well combined.

Add the cooked pasta to the vegetable sauce and toss until everything is well coated.

Stir in the Pecorino cheese until well distributed.
