   Combine freshly squeezed lime juice and honey in a saucepan. Gently warm until the honey fully dissolves into the lime juice, then remove from heat. If using rose water, add a splash. Set aside to cool.

   Remove strawberry stems by gently pushing a straw through the top of each berry. For cherries, use a metal straw to gently push out the pit from the indented end.

   Thinly slice the prepared strawberries and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the pitted cherries, halving or thinly slicing them as desired.

   Add the blackberries, raspberries, pomegranate seeds if using, and roughly chopped walnuts to the bowl.
