shredded cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ground sausage, salt, and pepper and mix together.

Add the granulated garlic, paprika, chili powder, garlic and herb seasoning, and onion powder, and mix until combined.

Stir in the fresh chopped parsley and Bisquick mix.

Add the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese. Using clean hands, mix everything together thoroughly until well combined, similar to making meatballs.

Using a small ice cream scoop or by hand, form the mixture into balls about the size of meatballs. This recipe makes approximately 50 sausage balls.

Place the sausage balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle lightly with a bit of olive oil.

Bake in a 375°F oven for about 20 minutes until they are golden brown and sizzling. Serve warm, optionally with spicy ketchup.
