Shrimp Garlic Fried Rice

   Heat the pan with cooking oil, add sliced garlic, and stir-fry on low heat until golden.

   Add minced garlic and stir-fry together with the sliced garlic until golden brown.

   When garlic is fragrant and golden, add the shrimp. If using frozen cooked shrimp, rinse with water for 30 seconds first.
