Spicy, Crispy Pork Noodles

   Cut pork belly into strips about 0.5cm wide. Mix with salt and soy sauce, then coat with oil.

   Add the pork mixture to a cool wok or pot over medium heat. Slowly render and fry for about 20 minutes, stirring and flipping occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

   Strain the crispy pork and reserve the lard. Return the pork to the wok, add honey mixed with water, and quickly toss over high heat for about 15 seconds until the liquid evaporates. Drain on paper towels.
