A quick and easy creamy chicken pasta with rich garlic and cream sauce, seasoned with Cajun spices and topped with fresh Parmesan. Perfect for a weeknight dinner that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Rigatoni pasta8 oz
Chicken breastcut into bite-size pieces1 lb
Cajun seasoning1 tbsp
Garlic and herb seasoning1 tbsp
Olive oil3 tbsp
Garlicminced4 cloves
Heavy cream1¼ cups
Fresh parsley~2 tbspest.
Salt and pepperto taste
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese1 cup

Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season evenly with Cajun seasoning and garlic and herb seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large stainless steel skillet, add the seasoned chicken in a single layer, and cook until fully cooked through. Transfer to a clean plate.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about one minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, reduce to low heat, and season to taste.

Bring water to a boil and add the rigatoni pasta. Stir and cook according to package directions.

When the pasta is cooked, add it along with some of the starchy cooking water to the cream sauce and cook together until well combined and the sauce thickens.

Stir in the cooked chicken and freshly grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
