   Mix the powdered gelatin with water and let it sit until it thickens and blooms.

   Pour the yogurt into a bowl, mix well, and warm it over a hot water bath until it reaches body temperature/room temperature. This prevents lumps from forming when mixed with the gelatin. A stainless steel or aluminum bowl heats faster than glass.

   Add sugar to the milk and microwave at 600W for 1 minute, then stir until the sugar fully dissolves (microwave an extra 10 seconds if needed).
