Put rice flour in a bowl, add your choice of chopped vegetables, and gently squeeze/mix by hand to let the vegetables release their natural moisture.

Gradually add warm water and knead into a dough that is neither too soft nor too stiff.

Cut a piece of butter paper and grease it with oil. Take a ball of dough, place it on the paper, and use oiled hands to press and pat it into a thin flatbread shape.

Carefully place the flattened dough, paper side up, onto a preheated griddle, pressing lightly and letting it sit for a few seconds.

Once the flatbread has stuck firmly to the pan, gently peel off the butter paper.

Drizzle a little oil over the surface and spread it, then fry both sides until golden and crisp outside while staying soft inside.
