   Rinse the chicken wings and soak them in salted water for about 10 to 15 minutes to remove impurities and tenderize them.

   In a bowl, combine salt, light soy sauce, ground black pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, ginger slices, white parts of green onions, and cooking wine. Mix well, add the wings, and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes or several hours if time allows.
