A healthy tea beverage made from avocado seeds, which are rich in soluble dietary fiber and antioxidants. The seeds turn pink when simmered and can be diluted to taste and finished with lemon juice for extra flavor and freshness.
Slice one avocado seed and place it in a large bowl, then add 1000 cc of drinking water.

Using a rice cooker, add half a cup (90 cc) of water and turn it on. When it switches off after about 8 minutes, let it sit for 30 minutes. Repeat this process once more.

If you don't have a rice cooker, you can simmer the mixture on the stovetop over low heat with boiling water until the tea turns pink, about 30 minutes.

Remove the brewed tea from the rice cooker or stovetop and dilute it with 500 cc of drinking water to your desired strength.

Optionally add 10 cc of lemon juice for enhanced flavor and a fresher taste; this also makes the color more appealing.
