In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Oaxaca cheese, and bacon bits together to make the jalapeño filling.

Generously stuff each halved jalapeño with the cheese mixture.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
