Biscoff Cheesecake Bars

   Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs in a bowl, or use a food processor.

   Press down the mixture firmly to create an even layer covering the bottom of the pan.

   Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

   Add the sweetened condensed milk and Biscoff spread, then beat until smooth.

    Let the cake cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

    Melt the Biscoff spread using a microwave or double boiler, then pour and spread it evenly over the top.
