Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Fourteen days, no questions asked
If you are not happy with Premium for any reason, ask within 14 days of payment and we will refund it in full — monthly or annual, first purchase or renewal. You do not need to explain why.
2. After 14 days
- Annual plans — we refund the unused whole months remaining. Cancel eight months into a year and four months come back.
- Monthly plans — the current month is not refunded, but cancelling stops the next charge immediately and you keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.
3. How to ask
Email us or use the contact form with the email address you paid with. There is no form to fight and no retention call — we process refunds within 5 business days, and the money lands back on your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges; it is not itself a refund request, so if you also want money back for the current period, tell us.
5. When we may decline
We may refuse a refund where an account has been used to scrape or bulk-copy content, or where refunds are being requested repeatedly in a way that is clearly not about the product. This is aimed at abuse, not at anyone who simply changed their mind.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces rights you have by law. If you are in the UK or EU, you keep your statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, and where local law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
7. Who you are buying from
Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as Merchant of Record — Paddle appears on your statement and issues your invoice. Refunds are requested through us and processed by Paddle.
8. Questions
Anything unclear before you buy? Ask us first — we would rather answer than refund.
