Prepare the custard filling by combining eggs, granulated sugar, all purpose flour, sour cream, salt, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and creamy, then set aside.

Make the crumble topping by mixing together flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, cold butter, and nutmeg. Cut and rub the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse wet sand. Set aside.

Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch deep dish pie plate. You may use homemade or store-bought crust.

Spread the fresh blueberries evenly over the crust.
