Easy breakfast rolls filled with soft scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage wrapped in crescent roll dough. Can be made in advance and reheated, perfect as a grab-and-go breakfast or lunch item for the whole family.

Brown the breakfast sausage links and slice them into small coins.

Scramble the eggs with salt, pepper, and heavy cream in butter until fluffy and soft but not wet.

Add the cooked sausage pieces to the scrambled eggs and mix together.

Take a crescent roll triangle, flatten and stretch it slightly, then add half a slice of cheese and a spoonful of the egg-sausage mixture.

Roll from the wide end like a cigar, fold in the sides at the narrow end, and seal everything in place.

Place the rolled breakfast rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the tops with leftover egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in a 375°F oven for about 15 minutes until golden and fluffy.
