Ingredients

Onion1 whole

Boil seasoning bag~1est.
Baby potatoes~1½ lbest.
Corn~3-4 earsest.
Crab legs~1½ lbest.
Crawfish~2 lbest.
Smoked sausage~1 lbest.
Butter~4 tbspest.

Fill a large pot with water and add one whole onion, one lemon, 2 tablespoons of salt, and the seasoning bag. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add the corn and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

After 8 minutes, drain the potatoes and corn, transfer to a serving dish, and reserve 1 cup of the broth.

Add the crab legs and crawfish to the pot and cook for 4 minutes, then transfer to the serving dish with the potatoes and corn.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the smoked sausage until done, then add to the serving dish.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion for a couple of minutes, then add butter and let it melt.

Add the fresh minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring well.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, low sodium broth base, low sodium Cajun seasoning, 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste), lemon pepper seasoning, brown sugar, thyme, and oregano. Mix well.

Add the smoked paprika and stir until all spices are well combined.

Squeeze the juice from one lemon into the pan and add the reserved broth. Let the mixture simmer.

Add the shrimp and cook for a couple of minutes or until they turn pink.

Once the shrimp are cooked, transfer everything including the sauce to the serving dish and enjoy.
