1
Heat oil in a pan and fry about 25 garlic cloves until golden brown over medium-low heat for better flavor.
2
Drain the fried garlic cloves and transfer to a mixer jar once cooled.
3
Add 100 g unsalted butter, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp chili flakes, a handful of fresh coriander leaves, and ½ tsp salt to the mixer and blend until smooth.
4
Slice the pav buns or chosen bread in half.
5
Spread the garlic butter generously and evenly on all sides of the bread, allowing it to absorb the flavors.
6
Top the bread with diced processed cheese, sprinkle with chili flakes and Italian seasoning or oregano, then add fresh coriander leaves.
7
Heat a pan on low flame, add 1 tsp butter and spread it across. Place the prepared garlic bread on the pan.
8
Cover the pan and seal it to keep heat inside. Cook on low flame for about 7-8 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the bread is crispy.
9
Remove the hot, gooey cheesy garlic bread and serve immediately while the cheese is still melted.
