   Gather all ingredients: chicken, canned pineapple, onion, garlic cloves, habanero peppers, cumin, black pepper, and salt.

   Season the chicken with black pepper and salt. Brown the chicken on both sides in a pot with hot oil until golden.

   Roast the onion, garlic, and habanero peppers in a separate dry skillet until charred and fragrant. Add pineapple chunks and continue roasting.
