Ingredients

Melted butter~1/3 cupsest.

Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, milk, sour cream, melted butter, and a splash of vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, add the chocolate chips, and stir until just combined—don't overmix.

If you forget the eggs like in this recipe, don't worry—it's forgiving enough that you can stir them in at this point.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners and distribute the batter evenly among them.

Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top of each muffin.
