Indulgent chocolate fudge popsicles with a crispy hard chocolate shell coating. A rich, creamy fudge base made from milk, cream, and cocoa powder that sets into a luscious frozen center. Once frozen, dip into melted chocolate which hardens instantly into a delightful shell. Optional sea salt topping adds a sophisticated touch.

Whisk together milk, cream, flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a pot and heat on the stove, stirring frequently. The mixture will gradually thicken and deepen in color, transforming into a glossy, luscious chocolate fudge consistency.

Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let them sit for a moment to melt completely, then stir until fully incorporated.

Pour the fudge mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours until completely set.

Prepare the hard shell coating: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate into a cup for easier dipping.

Remove frozen pops from the freezer and quickly dip them into the melted chocolate to coat completely. Immediately place them on a parchment paper-lined tray. The chocolate shell will set almost instantly.

If desired, sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Serve immediately while fresh and delicious.
