Fudgy chocolate cookie doughForms the base of the cookies~2 cups cupsest.
Peppermint bark, crushed~3/4 cup cupsest.
Crushed candy caneFor garnish~1/2 cup cupsest.

Steps

Mix the fudgy chocolate cookie dough together with crushed peppermint bark.

Scoop the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the cookies until done.

As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, place a large piece of peppermint bark on top of each one.

Sprinkle crushed candy cane on top for decoration.

Give it a final gentle press to let the chocolate melt and adhere, then enjoy the gooey, rich texture while warm.
