Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it for about 4 to 5 hours.

Drain the soaked rice and add it to a blender along with coconut, coriander, cucumber, and a little chilli.

Blend everything into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.

Transfer the batter to a large bowl, then add salt and water to thin it out to a very watery consistency, similar to traditional neer dosa or rava dosa batter.

Rub the dosa pan with onion and a little oil to prevent sticking.

Once the pan is hot, pour the batter in — you'll see small holes form, similar to rava dosa.

Cover and let it cook for a few seconds until done.

Once cooked, gently scrape from the sides and remove. Serve hot with chutney or puri.
