Easy Air Fryer Turkey Breast

   Select a fresh or completely thawed bone-in turkey breast. If frozen, ensure it is fully thawed, then split it in half and lay flat.

   Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.

   Prepare compound butter: Soften the butter slightly with a spatula or spoon, then mix in minced garlic, minced rosemary, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

   Let the turkey breast rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

   Carefully loosen the skin to create a pocket without completely removing it. Spread half of the compound butter underneath the skin, distributing it evenly across the meat.
