Easy Chinese Vegetable Soup with Zucchini

   Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for about 10 seconds until fragrant.

   Add carrot and mushrooms, stir to combine, then add minced garlic and cook until aromatic.

   Pour in about 3 cups of hot water or vegetable stock and bring to a boil.

   Once boiling, add the Matsutake mushroom seasoning (or regular mushroom seasoning). Note that the seasoning already contains sodium.
