Grind the rava in a mixer to make a fine powder. You can use coarse or fine rava as it will be powdered anyway.
2
In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, and curd, then whisk vigorously until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes creamy.
3
Add the powdered rava and a pinch of salt, stirring well to prevent lumps from forming.
4
Pour in the milk and whisk until the batter becomes smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to allow the rava to absorb the liquid properly.
5
Fold in the baking soda, baking powder, and cardamom powder for flavor, then add the tutti frutti. Mix gently to avoid overworking the batter, which can make the cake dense.
6
Transfer the batter to a cake tin lined with butter paper, then gently tap the tin to release air bubbles. Sprinkle additional tutti frutti on top for decoration.
7
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8
Allow the cake to cool slightly, then cut into thick slices and serve.
