1
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
2
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
3
Season the sauce with sugar, ketchup, dried mixed herbs, Tabasco, salt and pepper; simmer until thickened into a pizza sauce, then set aside to cool.
4
Prepare the three toppings: sauté sliced sausage with onion and green pepper; mix canned tuna, corn and diced zucchini with mayonnaise; and cook ground pork with onion and shimeji mushrooms, then season with curry powder, ketchup, heavy cream, salt and pepper to make a curry meat sauce.
5
Spread pizza sauce on each slice of bread, add one of the toppings, then generously sprinkle pizza cheese on top.
6
Wrap the assembled pizza toasts individually and freeze them; bake straight from frozen without fully thawing to avoid excess moisture and keep the toast crispy.
7
If you don't have an oven, you can pan-fry the toast instead; if the cheese isn't melting fast enough, cover the pan briefly to help it melt, then uncover and continue cooking until the edges turn crispy.

Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking, but if using seafood or raw meat, make sure to cook it thoroughly beforehand, since the toaster oven's top heat isn't strong enough to safely cook raw ingredients.
