Garlic Butter Grilled Chicken

   Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

   Finely mince the garlic and extract the juice to marinate the chicken. Keep the remaining minced garlic aside for the sauce.

   Marinate the chicken thighs in the garlic juice for about 30 minutes.

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

   Place the marinated chicken thighs in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes.

   Prepare the garlic butter sauce: melt 80g butter in a saucepan, then add the reserved minced garlic, 4 tbsp honey, 1/3 cup chili sauce, 2 tsp minced coriander, and a pinch of chili powder. Stir well.

   After 35 minutes of baking, remove the chicken and drizzle the garlic butter sauce evenly over the thighs.

   Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and continue baking until the chicken skin turns golden brown and releases an amazing aroma of garlic, butter and honey. For charcoal or BBQ grilling, brush the sauce evenly on the chicken and grill until golden.
