   Mix the cooked rice with sesame oil and salt until well combined.

   Slice the ham into thin strips and lightly stir-fry in a pan over low heat without oil.

   Shred the carrot and stir-fry in a pan with a little cooking oil and salt over low heat, then allow to cool.

   Whisk the eggs, add a little cooking oil, and cook into thin egg sheets over low heat. Cool and slice into strips.

   Place the seaweed sheet with the rough side facing up and spread the rice to cover about two-thirds of the sheet.

   Arrange all the prepared fillings neatly on top of the rice.

   Roll the seaweed tightly around the fillings and rice. You can roll by hand or use a mat or zipper bag for convenience.
