Homemade Iced Black Tea (5 liters)

   Boil 5 liters of water until it reaches a rolling boil.

   Place 80 grams of tea powder into the container and pour the boiling water over it. Use a ladle or tea infuser to ensure the hot water contacts all the tea leaves evenly.

   Cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. Let it steep longer for a stronger brew, or shorter for a milder one.

   Remove the lid and lift out the tea bag. Gently squeeze to extract the concentrated tea, being careful not to squeeze too much to avoid bitterness.

   Add 800 grams of sugar (adjust to 600g for less sweet, or 1kg for very sweet), and stir with a ladle until the sugar dissolves completely.
