Homemade Vanilla Pudding with Fresh Strawberries

   In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, and egg yolks. Mix until completely smooth with no lumps.

   Pour milk into a pot and heat it. Add plenty of real vanilla and let it infuse with fragrance.

   Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the cornstarch mixture while stirring constantly until smooth.
