   Prepare the marinade by combining honey, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard. Add torn fresh basil, lemon juice, grated garlic, olive oil, salt, and garlic and herb seasoning. Mix well until combined.

   Set aside a few tablespoons of marinade in a separate bowl to brush onto the finished chicken, preventing cross-contamination between raw and cooked meat.

   Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness—don't make it too thin or it will dry out. Pierce it all over with a fork to help the marinade penetrate. Add the chicken to the marinade bowl and toss well to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours, or overnight for best results.

   Grill the chicken over a hot grill to achieve nice grill marks and allow the flavors to develop fully. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.
