Rinse the dried soybeans thoroughly under cold water and place in a large bowl. Cover with cold water and soak overnight.

The next day, remove the soaked beans. Gently rub them together to remove the skins, then rinse repeatedly with fresh water until the water runs clear.

Place the cleaned beans in a pot with 2 cups of water, cover, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for approximately 15 minutes until the beans are tender.

Once the beans are cooked, drain them and remove any skins floating on the surface.

Transfer 1 cup of the cooked beans to a blender and add the roasted cashews and sesame seeds.

Pour in 2 cups of cold water and blend for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water and continue blending until well combined.
