Wash the lady's fingers thoroughly and dry them completely to remove any moisture or sliminess.

Chop the small onions finely and add a pinch of salt. Stir-fry in a pan over medium heat until the onions become translucent and slightly caramelized.

Add the prepared lady's fingers to the pan and mix well with the cooked onions.

Continue stir-frying until the okra is cooked through while maintaining its crispy texture. Keep the heat moderate to avoid the okra becoming mushy or slimy.
