A luscious lemon cheesecake built on a crunchy graham cracker base. The secret is rubbing lemon zest into sugar to release all the fragrant oils, plus plenty of fresh lemon juice for maximum lemon flavor. Baked in a water bath until just set, then topped with a smooth layer of lemon curd and dollops of whipped cream for a beautiful finish.

Graham cracker crust~1½ cupsest.
