Combine yogurt and sugar-free sweetener in a bowl and beat well with an electric mixer.

Add oil and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend thoroughly.

Sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda, then fold into the wet mixture.

Add milk to the batter to make it moist and blend well.

Add matcha powder and mix thoroughly until the batter achieves a vibrant green color.

Grease a cake tin lightly, line it with parchment paper, and pour in the batter.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
