Ingredients: 2 lb 80/20 ground beef; 1 tbsp salt; 1 tsp black pepper; 1 tsp garlic powder; to taste Maggi Jugo seasoning sauce; 2 large white onions; 6 jalapeños; 1 tbsp butter; 1 tbsp bacon grease; 1½ tbsp Maggi Jugo seasoning sauce; ½ tsp black pepper; ½ tsp garlic powder; 6 slices American cheese slices; ~½ cup shredded Queso Oaxaca; 6 slices deli ham slices; 12 slices bacon; 2 tomatoes; ~2 cups shredded lettuce; ~½ cup pickled jalapeños; ~2 avocado slices; 6 sesame seed buns; ~½ cup mayonnaise; ~2 tbsp mustard; ~¼ cups ketchup; ~6 hot dogs

A bold and savory Mexican street-style burger loaded with crispy bacon, caramelized onions and jalapenos, melty American and Oaxaca cheese, plus ham and hot dogs, all seasoned with Maggi sauce for that nostalgic street food flavor.

Ingredients

bacon grease1 tbsp

Cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crispy, then remove and set aside, keeping some bacon grease in the pan.

Add butter to the bacon grease, then sauté the sliced onions and jalapeños until softened and caramelized. Stir in Maggi Jugo, black pepper, and garlic powder, cooking for another 2–3 minutes until well coated.

Season the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a few dashes of Maggi Jugo, then divide into 6 portions.

Heat a griddle over high heat, smash the beef balls into thin patties, and cook until nicely browned. Flip, top with American cheese and plenty of Oaxaca cheese, and cover briefly to melt.

On the same griddle, warm the ham and hot dogs until lightly browned, and toast the sesame seed buns until golden.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the buns, then layer the cheesy patty, ham, hot dogs, bacon, Maggi caramelized onions and jalapeños, tomato, avocado, shredded lettuce, and pickled jalapeños, finishing with a drizzle of ketchup.
