Ingredients
Beef
Sliced or cubed beef

Minced, added generously to taste

Tomatoes
Seeds removed (skin optionally removed too, if you have time)

Ketchup
~3 tbsp

Oyster sauce
~2 tbsp

Salt
to taste
Sugar
a pinch
Cornstarch
Used to thicken the sauce

Mayonnaise
Mixed with ketchup as part of the sauce

Heat the pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with salt, pepper, and ketchup to form part of the sauce base.

Add more garlic, salt, and sugar to taste if desired.

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes (and the skin too, if you have time), since the seeds add too much water and aren't as pleasant to eat.

Add the prepared tomatoes into the pan with the beef and garlic, stirring to combine.

Stir in ketchup, oyster sauce, a little sugar, and a little salt, mixing well.

Finally, stir in cornstarch to thicken the sauce so it coats the beef and tomatoes, giving the dish a juicy, glossy finish.
