   Soak the sabudana in water for 3 to 4 hours until completely softened and all water is absorbed.

   Transfer the soaked sabudana to a mixer, add some water, and blend until smooth and creamy.

   If the texture is too coarse, add the sabudana in batches to the mixer and blend until you reach the desired consistency.

   Pour the blended sabudana mixture into a pan and transfer to a large bowl.

   In a separate dry pan, add sugar and heat on high flame until it caramelizes completely without adding any water.

   Once the sugar is fully melted and turns deep brown, carefully pour in about one cup of water and mix well.
