sinigang broth~1½ cupsest.

yeast~1½ tspest.
bread flour~3 cupsest.
salt~1 tspest.
olive oil~3 tbspest.
leftover sinigang (with shredded meat and vegetables)~1½ cupsest.

Combine the leftover sinigang broth with sugar and yeast, mixing well. Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.

Once the yeast has activated, add bread flour and salt, mixing until combined. Let the dough rest for another 20 minutes to rise.

Transfer the risen dough to a baking pan and drizzle generously with olive oil. Use your fingers to create small indentations across the surface in focaccia style.

Top the dough with the shredded meat and vegetables from the leftover sinigang, add chili pepper, and season with salt and additional sinigang seasoning mix.
