Soya Chunk Curry

   Heat water in a pot with a pinch of salt until it comes to a gentle boil.

   Add soya chunks to the boiling water and cook until softened. You may choose chunks of any size based on your preference.

   Drain the soya chunks and gently squeeze out excess water, taking care not to break them apart.

   Prepare the spice blend: add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pepper, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon to a mixer and grind into a coarse powder.
