   Soak 1 cup of raw rice flour in water for about 5 hours. The longer you soak, the softer the final cake will be.

   Mix the soaked rice flour with 1/4 cup cooked rice, then add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, and salt to taste.
