Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray and wipe away any excess with a paper towel.

Place sugar in a pan over medium heat and allow it to melt into caramel over 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Once all sugar crystals have dissolved and caramel is smooth, transfer it to the bundt pan and tilt to coat evenly.

Add evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, softened cream cheese, eggs, and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the flan mixture into the prepared bundt pan.

Place the bundt pan in a larger baking dish filled halfway with water, then bake in a 350°F oven for 50 minutes.

After 50 minutes, prepare the strawberry cake mix by combining it with oil, eggs, and milk, then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Carefully remove the flan from the oven and pour the cake batter over it. Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick spray and bake for another 45 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool completely to room temperature.

Remove the cake from the baking dish and poke holes all over with a fork to prepare for the milk mixture.

Prepare the tres leches mixture by combining evaporated milk, strawberry Nesquik, heavy cream, and condensed milk to taste.

Pour the tres leches mixture over the cake, cover, and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours to allow the cake to absorb all the liquid.

Place a serving platter over the bundt pan and flip it over. Wait to hear the cake release, then remove the pan.

Garnish the cake with fresh strawberries or keep it simple as preferred.
